Broadening perspectives – leadership and organisation    
 

We look at your responsibilities from two different perspectives and draw the whole picture on that basis.

(1) The organisational perspective

Have managers and employees any chance at all in the present organisational and workflow structure to perform their tasks adequately and to achieve the objectives that have been set? At what points do we have to intervene in order to produce the maximum impact?


(2) The leadership perspective

Are skills sufficient to manage the assigned responsibilities? What potential is dormant? Is communication between those involved productive? How much energy is wasted by unresolved conflicts?

In complex consultancy situations and change processes, we work with several consultants and supplement the client’s own system.
